Complaints Procedure
Step 1: Informal Resolution
In the first instance, please raise your concerns informally with your lead consultant. We aim to resolve most issues immediately through direct dialogue.
Step 2: Formal Written Complaint
If the matter is not resolved, please submit a formal written complaint to our Principal Consultant. We will provide a formal acknowledgment within 3 working days and a full response within 21 working days.
Step 3: Independent Review
Should the internal process reach a conclusion you are not satisfied with, you have the right to request an independent review by a qualified third-party arbitrator or relevant professional body.
